Blue Bottle
Located in Old Town Pasadena, on the corner of Fair Oaks and Mercantile Place,
in a beautiful alley,
Blue Bottle Coffee opens at 6 a.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. on weekends, closing at 6 p.m.
Parking very convenient, structures with cheap fees or street.
They offer a terrace to make up for the tiny interior,
which accommodates only a handful of people — about 10.
The coffee, though, is very reputable, and for good reason.
Blue Bottle has many locations across the U.S. and overseas,
and maintaining that level of quality within their business model is remarkable.
They offer two espresso choices, including a rotating single-origin option each season,
served with a glass of sparkling water.
The Americano is gorgeous.
It feels more like a craftsman’s shop than a global brand.
So far, the staff has been nice, and the décor is simple, neutral, and clean.
The pastries look really good,
the website says Sugarbloom, the Baristas, said Bakers Kneaded. ??
Which is confirmed by ChatGPT.
They also sell their own coffee beans and nice merchandise as well.
Blue Bottle is very good — a little pricey, though.
